Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    2 c. fruit, drained
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 2-quart casserole.
    Sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Stir in milk.
    Pour into butter; do not stir.
    Sprinkle fruit on top of butter; do not stir.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
