Ruth'S Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. corn meal
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 1/4 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
1 deep dish crust
Preparation

Cream sugar and margarine; add one egg at a time.
Add milk, corn meal, vinegar, lemon juice and salt.
Pour into crust.
Cook 10 minutes at 375\u00b0, then reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and cook 40 minutes more.
