Squash Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. or 2 to 3 c. cooked squash
    1 egg
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. nuts
    1 onion (optional)
    salt, pepper and soda cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion in slight amount of water until tender. Mash.
    Add other ingredients; sprinkle with crumbs and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
