Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. water
1/2 c. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 Tbsp. oil
food coloring

Preparation

Stir together and cook over heat until mixture starts to come away from sides, approximately 2 minutes.
Knead.
Add coloring before cooking.
Store in covered container.
