Zucchini Saute - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium shredded zucchini
2 Tbsp. salt
3/4 c. chopped onion
3 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine zucchini and salt; let stand 15 minutes.
Rinse in cold water and drain well.
Saute onion in butter until tender. Add zucchini.
Cook, stirring constantly until all liquid is absorbed.
Stir in sour cream and pepper.
