Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sausage, skinned (in chunks)
    1/2 lb. ground chuck
    2 c. celery (1/2-inch chunks)
    1 lb. zucchini (1/2-inch chunks)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 (28 oz.) cans tomatoes in sauce
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 green peppers (1/2-inch pieces)
    Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown sausage and ground beef. Add celery. Cook 10 minutes. Stir often. Add remaining ingredients, except green peppers and cheeses. Simmer, covered, 20 minutes. Add green pepper; cover and cook 10 minutes. When serving, add both cheeses on top of soup in bowl.
