Cloud Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. all-purpose flour
10 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. baking powder
1 Tbsp. and 2 tsp. salt
2 lb. shortening
10 whole eggs
2 qt. milk
Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients.
Cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Combine eggs and milk.
Add to flour mixture.
Mix just to blend.
Turn onto lightly floured surface; knead gently for 20 turns.
Roll or pat to 1/2-inch thickness.
Cut with 3-inch biscuit cutter.
Place on lightly greased baking sheet and bake at 450\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
Serve hot.
Makes 100 biscuits.
