Idaho Potato Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. soft oleo
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. cold mashed potatoes
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. milk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream oleo and sugar until creamy.
Add eggs, beating well. Blend in potatoes and vanilla.
Combine flour, cocoa and baking soda.
Add alternately with milk, blending well after each addition.
Stir in nuts.
Pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool.
Frost with your favorite frosting.
