Orange Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

60 buttery crackers, crushed
1/2 c. margarine, melted
1/4 c. sugar
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed (undiluted)
2 (11 oz.) cans Mandarin oranges, drained
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed
Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients. Set aside 3/4 cup of crackers. Press remaining crumb mixture into an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish. Set aside. Combine sweetened condensed milk, orange juice concentrate and Mandarin oranges. Mix with mixer. Fold in Cool Whip. Spoon mixture over crust and sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Cover and freeze until firm.
