Green Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. beef chuck, cut into 1/8-inch strips
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 clove garlic or 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 c. onion, thinly sliced
1 c. red or green pepper, thinly sliced
2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 cut up tomatoes (if desired)
Preparation

Combine soy sauce, ginger and garlic.
Add beef strips and toss.
Set aside while preparing vegetables.
