Pumpkin Chiffon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. pumpkin
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, separated
    1/2 c. milk (hot)
Preparation
    Beat yolk and add with milk to pumpkin mixture.
    Beat egg white and fold carefully into mixture.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 a few minutes, then bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
