Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    vanilla or nutmeg for flavor
    3 to 4 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat the eggs, then add the sugar.
    Then the milk.
    Sift together the dry ingredients then mix in along with your choice of vanilla or nutmeg.
    Drop the batter from a funnel into 375\u00b0 deep fat.
    Spiral into intricate endless patterns.
    Using your finger to stop the flow on the funnel when desired shape is formed. Serve warm with powdered sugar, jelly or cinnamon and sugar.
