Princess Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. whole wheat bread crumbs
    2 c. brown rice
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. sesame milk
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley or 1/4 c. fresh parsley
Preparation
    Put in blender sesame seed, milk, onion and parsley.
    Blend slightly.
    Pour into bowl and mix remaining ingredients well. Place in shallow casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
