Squash Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. finely chopped yellow squash
    1 c. finely chopped onion
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. + 1 Tbsp. all purpose flour
    Hot oil
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients, mix well. Stir in flour, drop by tablespoonfuls into 1/2 inch hot oil. Cook until browned, turning once. Drain. Yield: 6 servings.
