Curry Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) carton 1% low-fat cottage cheese
    2 Tbsp. skim milk
    1/2 c. chopped cucumber
    1/4 tsp. curry powder
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/3 c. minced green onion
Preparation
    Combine the first 3 ingredients in blender and process for 30 seconds.
    Add last 3 ingredients and process about 15 seconds. Contents per tablespoon: calories 9, sodium 44 mg.
