Barbecued Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    pepper and paprika
    4 lb. beef brisket
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    dash of Tabasco
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 bay leaf
    sliced onions
Preparation
    Sprinkle brisket with pepper and paprika.
    Slice onions on top to cover.
    Mix remaining ingredients well and pour over meat. Marinate overnight.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 for about 3 to 4 hours, depending on oven and thickness of meat.
    When ready to serve, slice very thinly against the grain and serve with sauce.
