Creamed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 large white potatoes
    salt and margarine to taste
    8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
    1 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. grated sharp cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Cook potatoes with salt and margarine until tender. Drain well. Whip.
    Beat in cream cheese and sour cream.
    Pour into buttered baking dish. Sprinkle grated cheese on top, if desired. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Best if made up the night before. Store tightly covered in refrigerator overnight before baking.
