Eloise'S Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat
1 c. saltine cracker crumbs
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped fine
4 Tbsp. melted butter
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. ketchup
1 Tbsp. mustard
2 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
Preparation

Mix well. Make patty cakes or put in a casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Serves 6.
