Norwegian Coffee Bread(Norske Kaffe Brod) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1 cake yeast
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Heat milk to lukewarm.
    Remove from heat and dissolve yeast in milk.
    Add 2 tablespoons sugar.
    Stir in flour until smooth.
    When smooth, sprinkle flour on top; cover and set on stove.
    Let rise 1 hour or until double in size.
