Mexican Pile-Upgroves, Texas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. ground meat
    6 pkgs. taco seasoning
    28 oz. cooked rice
    3 or 4 cans ranch or pinto beans
    1 lb. grated cheese
    1 lg. size picante sauce
    2 heads lettuce
    7 medium tomatoes chopped
    1 large chopped olive
    10 oz. chopped pecans
    3 chopped onions
    14 oz. coconut
    3 lg. fritos or tostados or both
    1 lg. guacamole
    1 lg. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown meat slowly until browned then add taco sauce and water to cover.
    Simmer until water is cooked out.
