Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. pork loin
    water
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    4 ribs celery, chopped
    1 large (46 oz.) can V-8 juice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place pork loin in a 4 to 6-quart covered stockpot and cover with water.
    Cook until meat is tender; cool slightly and slice or cube as desired.
    Place the meat and vegetables in the remaining broth and add the V-8 juice.
    Simmer until vegetables are tender. Serve with crackers and/or cornbread.
