Baked Carrot Ring - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. margarine
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 c. ground raw carrots
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
In mixer, cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs and beat well.
Add carrots and mix.
Sift together flour, baking powder and baking soda.
Add these ingredients to first mixture and mix only until well combined.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
