Chili Oil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. peanut oil (or other oil)
    1 oz. crushed fried chile peppers
Preparation
    The secret
    to
    a
    good mustard dipping sauce is to add 1/3 part
    white
    vinegar
    to
    2/3 parts water when mixing with your powdered mustard for dipping your prawns, won tons, etc.
