Swiss Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. pork sausage
    1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    18 thin slices bread (crust off)
    3/4 lb. Swiss cheese, sliced
    7 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 pt. half and half
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    dash of pepper and nutmeg
Preparation
    Cook sausage until browned.
    Mash with potato masher until fine.
    Drain well.
    Combine mustard with sausage and blend.
    Cut bread slices diagonally.
    Space half of bread in bottom of greased 13 x 9 x 2 1/2-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle sausage over bread.
    Top with cheese slices.
    Space remaining bread slices evenly over cheese.
    Combine remaining ingredients until well blended.
    Pour egg mixture over bread.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes until egg sets.
    Great for a guest brunch!
