20 Minute Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken, cut in cubes
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 clove garlic
    1 c. green pepper strips
    1 c. carrot strips
    1 c. onion, quartered
    1 1/4 c. chicken bouillon
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. dry sherry
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 (8 oz.) can chunk pineapple in juice
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Brown chicken in oil and garlic.
    Add vegetables and stir-fry 1 minute or until crisp-tender.
    Combine bouillon, soy sauce, sherry, vinegar, brown sugar, ginger and pineapple with juice.
    Bring to boil.
    Stir in Minute rice.
    Cover.
    Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
    Stir in chicken and vegetables and serve immediately. Serves 4.
