Chunk O' Cheese Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c. minced parsley
    3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Blend meat with chopped mushrooms, onion, parsley, bread crumbs, egg, salt, pepper and milk until blended.
    Dice cheese into 1/2-inch cubes.
    Blend into meat mixture (by hand), making sure to distribute the cheese chunks evenly.
    Pack into 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Pour off liquid.
