Lime Chiffon Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime flavored gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
2 Tbsp. lime juice
4 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. (1/2 pt.) whipping cream, whipped
Preparation

Combine margarine and crumbs.
Press firmly into bottom of a 9-inch square or 12 x 7-inch baking dish.
In a large mixing bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Stir in Eagle Brand milk, pineapple and lime juice.
Fold in marshmallows and whipped cream. Pour into prepared dish.
Chill 2 hours or until set.
Garnish as desired.
