Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. bell pepper
    2 c. squash (fresh or frozen)
    1 stick butter
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 c. crushed saltines
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 large onion, chopped
Preparation
    Mix together and place crushed saltines with butter on top. Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
