Ingredients

2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 egg
1/4 cup canola oil
1 - 3/4 cups milk (best using 2 cup)
Preparation

Sift together flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder and set aside. Gradually blend flour mixture with milk mixture. If batter is too thick, add a little more milk. Fry in pan with canola oil.
