Simple Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 qts. tomatoes, drained
6 onions, chopped
4 bell peppers, chopped
6 hot peppers, chopped
4 Tbsp. sugar
5 Tbsp. salt
2 tsp. oregano
2 1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
-
Simmer all ingredients for 1 1/2-2 hours until thick.
Put into hot jars and seal with tops.
