Chocolate Fudge Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 c. pecans
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
Preparation
    Mix 3/4 cup sugar, margarine, milk, flour, salt, baking powder and cocoa (1 1/2 tablespoons) together and put in a 9 x 9-inch pan. Mix together pecans, 1/2 cup sugar, brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa.
    Sprinkle over unbaked cake mixture. Boil 1 1/4 cups water. Pour over the whole thing.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
