Cheese And Onion Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
    1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1/3 c. milk
    3 sliced green onions
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine 1 egg, muffin mix, cheese, milk and onions.
    Stir until moistened.
    Turn into greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan or 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for about 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
