Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 eggs
1 lb. or 2 c. canned pumpkin
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. ginger
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Grease 3 (7 1/2 x 3 1/2 x 2 1/4-inch) loaf pans.
In bowl, beat sugar, eggs and oil until blended and light and fluffy.
Beat in pumpkin.
Sift dry ingredients.
At low speed, beat dry mixture into pumpkin mixture.
