Sausage Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    butter
    6 slices bread
    1 lb. sausage
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    6 eggs
    2 c. half and half
Preparation
    Cut crust off bread.
    Spread butter on one side of bread. Place buttered side down in greased baking dish.
    Brown sausage; drain.
    Sprinkle sausage on top of bread.
    Sprinkle cheese on top of sausage.
    Mix eggs and half and half.
    Pour over bread and sausage.
    Cover; refrigerate overnight.
    Bake next morning 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 8 people.
