Rosemary Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. small red potatoes
fresh rosemary sprigs
6 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
olive oil
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0F.
Lightly oil baking pan.
Cut a narrow wedge 2/3 through each potato.
Insert a rosemary sprig and a sliver or two of garlic in each wedge.
Drizzle a bit of olive oil in the opening, too.
Place potatoes in baking dish, making sure none of them touch.
