Shrimp Luncheon Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. melted butter
1 minced onion
1 minced green pepper
garlic
1/4 c. pimento
1 c. raw rice
1/2 c. mushrooms
1 1/2 c. shrimp
1 tsp. salt
2 c. water
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and cover.
When steaming, turn to low and simmer for 30 minutes.
