Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 1/2 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. Crisco oil
2/3 c. water
4 eggs
1 can pumpkin
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. pecan pieces

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients; stir well.
Make a well in the middle and add all other ingredients except pecans and vanilla.
Bake in a greased and floured tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
