Apple Streusel Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. apple cinnamon muffin mix
1 tart apple, peeled and diced
1/3 c. chopped walnuts
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
4 1/2 tsp. flour
1 Tbsp. butter

Preparation

Prepare muffin mix according to package directions; fold in apple. Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full. In a small bowl, combine the walnuts, flour, brown sugar and butter; sprinkle over batter.
