Lemon Vinaigrette - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
2 large cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. fresh grated Parmesan
Preparation

Puree lemon juice and garlic in food processor.
With machine running, gradually add olive oil and blend until smooth.
Add Parmesan cheese, blend until thickened.
Season with salt and pepper.
