Pam'S Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. cocoa
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. cold butter
    2 beaten eggs
    1 pkg. peanut butter chips
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    1 c. coconut
    1/2 c. chocolate chips
    1 1/2 tsp. shortening
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients in bowl.
    Cut in butter until crumbly.
    Add eggs.
    Spread in greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
    Remove.
    Top with chips.
    Pour milk over; sprinkle with coconut.
    Bake for 20 minutes more.
    Melt 1/2 cup chocolate chips and shortening.
    Drizzle over top.
