Nigerian African Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless, cubed chicken breast
    1 lb. cubed pork
    1 lb. cubed stew beef
    1 bell pepper, finely chopped
    1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    2 small cans stewed tomatoes
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 can spinach
    1 can tomato paste
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 can tomato puree
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    Cut meat into small cubes and place in pot of water 2 inches above meat.
    Next add all ingredients, except tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato sauce, tomato puree and spinach.
    When meat is almost cooked, add tomatoes, tomato paste, puree and tomato sauce as well as spinach.
    (Cooking time is approximately 1 hour.) Serve over cooked white rice.
    Serves 10 to 12.
