Cornbread Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cornbread crumbs
4 c. white bread crumbs or 4 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1/2 stick butter
1 c. onions, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
2 or 3 tsp. sage
2 hard-boiled eggs
3 c. hot chicken broth
Preparation

Melt butter and lightly saute onions and celery in pan.
Add to bread crumb mixture, which has been crumbled in bowl.
Add other ingredients and mix well with hands or large spoon.
Spoon into shallow pans and press.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 20 or 25 minutes.
Serves 8.
Serve with turkey, hen or duck.
