Creole Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small onion, chopped
1 rib celery, thinly sliced
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 small green pepper, seeded and chopped
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Heat butter or oleo in saucepan.
Toss in vegetables and cook, stirring frequently, until onions are limp.
Add and stir in soup, 1/2 cup of water and drained mushrooms, pimento, parsley and salt. Cook until heated through.
