Macaroni And Ham Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. (8 oz.) rotini pasta, uncooked
    1/4 lb. ham, diced
    1 1/2 c. frozen peas, thawed (optional)
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook rotini according to package directions; drain.
    Cool. Rinse with cold water to cool quickly; drain well.
    Combine cooled rotini with remaining ingredients and toss lightly.
    Chill.
