Lemon-Frosted Gingerbread Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. Adluh all-purpose flour
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 egg
    1/2 c. molasses
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 c. skim milk
Preparation
    Combine flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, cloves and salt. In another bowl, mix margarine, egg, molasses, vinegar and milk until smooth.
    Add dry ingredients to this mixture, beating well. Cover.
    Chill 1 1/2 hours.
