Crunchy Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cauliflower
    1 c. sliced radishes
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained
    3/4 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. or less caraway seed
    1 (0.37 oz.) pkg. Hidden Valley buttermilk salad dressing mix
Preparation
    Wash and break cauliflower into flowerets.
    Combine with next 3 ingredients in medium mixing bowl.
    Toss gently.
    Stir together remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables.
    Stir well.
    Spoon into serving bowl.
    Cover and chill.
