Chicken Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stewed chicken, boned and cubed
1 stick oleo
2 pkg. tortillas (small size)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 (4 oz.) cans green chilies, chopped
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 small onion
1/2 lb. Longhorn cheese
Preparation

Spread buttered tortillas in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish. Spread all of chicken over tortillas.
Sprinkle half of cheese over chicken.
In a saucepan, put onions, chilies, oleo, soup and milk. Simmer 10 minutes.
Pour over chicken layers.
Add another layer of tortillas and rest of cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or cover and freeze for later.
