Oriental Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can bean sprouts, rinsed
    2 c. chopped bok choy
    1 green pepper, thinly sliced
    2 fresh tomatoes, quartered
    4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. chili powder
    dash of Tabasco
    1 pkg. frozen snow peas
    1 small can bamboo shoots, rinsed
    2 (16 oz.) cans crushed tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. minced ginger
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    78 oz. chicken broth
Preparation
    In a pot, combine vegetables, garlic and ginger.
    Saute 10 minutes in 1/2 cup broth.
    Add all the rest of the ingredients. Simmer 1 minute.
