Sausage Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk hot sausage or add 1 tsp. red pepper to sausage
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. coon brand cheese
    3 2/3 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Melt cheese in top of double boiler.
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly; roll into small balls.
    May be frozen at this point or baked at 375\u00b0 until lightly browned.
