Shrimp Cocktail - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooked small shrimp
    1 chopped tomato
    1/2 chopped, peeled, small white onion
    1 minced, peeled, garlic clove
    1 sliced seeded, fresh, jalapeno
    1/2 c. extra-virgin olive oil
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    salt
    white pepper
    avocado
Preparation
    Peel shrimp.
    Mix together shrimp, tomato, onion, garlic, and jalapeno.
    Stir in olive oil and parsley; season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Top with sliced avocado.
    Serves 4.
